China-Macau Dragon Boat Association was founded on December 22, 1999, and officially registered on November 28, 2000, forming a professional dragon boat management team. Serving as a member of Asian Dragon Boat Federation (ADBF) and International Dragon Boat Federation (IDBF), CMDB's mission is to enhance the development of dragon boating in Macao. For the past few years, National Officials and Coaches were invited to Macao, to deliver training and lecturers to local Officials and Athletes with the aim to promote and maintain world class competition event, to improve hardware facilities and to develop dragon boating excellence and competition results in Macao.
